Fillmore

Dr. Kazue Togasaki was born in in San Francisco in 1897 and grew up in Japantown. Educated at U.C. Berkeley, Stanford University and Woman’s Medical of Philadelphia, she was San Francisco’s  only Japanese female doctor until the 1960s.
